1ST ANNUAL NEW JERSEY-D.C. COLLISION!

The first annual New Jersey-D.C. Collision sponsored by Live Basketball and Separation Sports took place at Roselle Catholic with four games played by some of the best teams in New Jersey and the D.C. area! At the end New Jersey 009took 3 out of the 4 games!

 

                                                                  HUDSON CATHOLIC  56        BISHOP MCNAMARA  42

Junior Louis King scored 17 points, Junior Luther Muhammad made 5″triples” for 15 points and Junior Jahvon Quinerly added 14 points as Hudson Catholic defeated Bishop McNamara 56-42! Hudson Catholic led by 13, 36-23 at the half and withstood a Bishop McNamara run in the 4th quarter! Bishop was led by Junior guard Cam’ron Smith with 11 points! Immaculate Conception got 16 points and 8 rebounds from Junior Justin Winston, 15 points from Junior Jordyn Owens off the bench and 13 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals from Freshman Raejon Figures as they beat St.Mary’s Ryken 60-54! Junior Jalen Carey added 12 points for I.C. Junior Winston Tabbs scored 17 points to lead St.Mary’s and Sophomore Mekhi Long added 12! Winston and Tabbs were chosen Players of the game!

PaulVI overcame a 14 point 1st quarter deficit and come roaring back to defeat Roselle Catholic 73-67! Junior Bandon Slater scored 19 points and Sophomore Anthony Harris added 14 to help lead Paul VI to the win! Senior Barry Brown scored all 13 of his points in the 1st half to lead Roselle Catholic! Sophomore Khalil Whitney scored 12 points and Junior Nazreon Reid scored 11 points with 8 rebounds for R.C.! Slater and Brown were chosen Players of the game!

Junior Jordan Walker scored 13 of his 21 points in the 2nd half to lead The Patrick School to a 63-56 win over DeMatha! Minnesota commit Jamir Harris added 13 points for the Patrick School! Senior John McRae scored 17 points and Senior Ryan Allen scored 16 for DeMatha! The Patrick School had a 54-38 lead going into the 4th quarter and withstood a frantic DeMatha comeback to maintain the lead and get the win! Walker and Allen were chosen Players of the game!
