Paterson,NJ…… It’s all set! The collision course that was expected to be Paterson Eastside and Linden has come to fruition! These two battle tested teams will be playing for the Group 4 Championship at the Dunn Center in Elizabeth! Eastside did their part by defeating Passaic County Tech 65-46! Junior Asem Johnson (right)l had 17 points and Junior Shakur Juiston(left) scored 17 points, pulled down 10 rebounds and blocked 4 shots! Freshman Nhazir Smith dished out 6 assists for the Ghosts! Eastside was never in trouble as they coasted to the win! Senior Brevon Brevard led Tech with 17 points and Senior Z

aheem Beal added 11 points with 6 rebounds!

 

 

NOTES: The lost by Passaic County Tech ended the scholastic careers of Senior’s Zaheem Beal, Brevon Brevard, Ernesto Regalado, Vic Mitchell and Eron Spence! The Senior’s have been a part of a lot of wins over the last three years for Passaic County Tech! The foursome of Beal, Brevard, Regalado and Mitchell are all looking to move on and find a place on some Collegiate level! Each has the capability of finding a place to play! Beal(far right) has been the most wanted by the College coaches, but Brevard also has a skill set that could help him get someone interested, while Regalado(right) is a special long range shooter! Gardenstatehoops has a special relationship with these players and without a doubt hopes for nothing but the best for these young men!
