THE”WEEKEND” HIGHSCHOOL TOURNAMENT CROWNS A CHAMP: THE PATRICK SCHOOL!

Caldwell University Caldwell,N.J….. High level basketball! That’s what was seen Saturday at The “Weekend” Highschool Tournament at Caldwell University! When it was all said and done, The Patrick School sat at the top!Rising Senior Cyril Langevine had a strong weekend as his 21 points led The Patrick School to a 65-59 overtime win over Neumann-Goretti! Rising Junior Jamir Harris added 20 points while rising Junior Jordan Walker had 12 points, including 5 free throws down the stretch! Neumann-Goretti was led by rising Junior Quade Green with 21 points and rising Junior Dhamir Cosby-Roundtree with 14 points! Langevine(center) was chosen MVP of the Tournament while Green(left) won the Sportsman Award and rising Junior Marcus McClary(right) was finals Player of the Game!With two strong Semifinals to start the day,The Patrick School faced St.Anthony and  Philadelphia’s Neumann-Goretti took on D.C.’s Dematha H.S.! The Patrick School got 28 points from Langevine and 26 points from Harris to defeat St.Anthony 81-77 to reach the final! Georgetown commit Jagan Mosely led St.Anthony’s with 25 points and rising Junior R.J. Coles added 16! Neumann-Goretti’s Green scored 14 points and Cosby-Roundtree added 12 points! DeMatha was led by rising Junior D.J. Harvey with 18 points
