GARVEY AND HAWKINS LEAD ST. JOSEPH-MONTVALE TO A 73-63 WIN OVER BERGEN CATHOLIC!

The duo combined for 50 points as St.Joe’s(Montvale) beat Bergen Catholic 73-63! Each scored 25 points as Garvey started it up with 12 1st half points and Hawkins scored 21 of his 25 in the 2nd half! Junior Joe Radi chipped in 16 points, including 3″triples” to help St.Joe’s keep Bergen Catholic at bay despite a strong 19 point performance from Junior Taj Benning! Junior Gabe Stefanini added 14 points and Senior David Logan chipped in 11 points for B.C. Hawkins also finished with 7 assists and 3 steals, while Junior Isaac Hippolyte was active in pulling down 12 rebounds and defending the post! Joe’s took a 44-30 lead at the end of the 3rd as Hawkins scored 11 in the quarter! Garvey scored another 9 points in the final stanza to maintain their lead down the stretch!
