CLIFTON BEATS BERGEN TECH 47-41!

Clifton, N.J….. Clifton held Bergen Tech to 4 points in the 1st half, then had to survive their own drought in the second half to beat Bergen Tech 47-41!

Junior Delano Dixon(pictured) led Clifton with 18 points and 4 dimes and Junior Harton Stephenson added 11 points and 9 rebounds! Bergen Tech came out sluggish, as they scored all of 4 points in the half trailing 23-4! Tech eventually woke up, scoring 17 points to cut the lead to 33-21 at the end of the 3rd! Senior Calvin Huh awoke, scoring 18 of his 20 points in the 2nd half!  Clifton took control again as Dixon made two tough shots and Stephenson made a layup! Bergen made one last run late as two “triples” from Junior Steve Lai cut the lead to 5, but free throws from Dixon and Junior Danny Santana held them off! Huh also added 10 rebounds in the game and Lai finished with 17 points!
