T.O.C. CHAMPIONSHIP: ST. ANTHONY DEFEATS LINDEN 55-38! TOC CHAMPS!!

Sun National Bank Arena, Trenton,N.J…….. St. Anthony is back where it belongs! After a three year hiatus the Friars are again Tournament Of Champions title holders as they defeated Linden 55-38!

In typical St.Anthony fashion the Friars turned up the defensive pressure and made it difficult for Linden to get into an offensive flow! St. Anthony took a 24-20 halftime lead and extended it to 41-28 in the 3rd by holding Linden to 8 points in the quarter! Eastern Kentucky commit Asante Gist led St.Anthony with 16 points, including 4″triples” and Georgetown commit and Senior Idris Joyner each chipped in 10 points for St. Anthony! Senior Javarious Hayes added 8 rebounds and 5 assists and Junior R.J. Cole added 9 points for the 2016 champs! Linden was led by Senior Khalief Crawford with 13 points and Sophomore Tavon Jones added 12 points!!
