NEWARK CENTRAL DEFEATS RAMSEY 54-47: NORTH GROUP 2 CHAMPS!

Elizabeth,N.J….. Newark Central won the North Group 2 Championship, defeating Ramsey 54-47!

Senior Dee-End McRae(pictured) scored 18 points with 10 rebounds and Sophomore Zarique Nutter added 11 points! Ramsey was in it the whole way, but just could not get over the hump! Ramsey Senior Kevin Mullane led Ramsey with 19 points! Newark Central will face the South Group 2 Champs Haddonfield at Rutgers Sunday at 2pm!
