007Don Bosco Tech Academy Paterson, N.J…. Gill St. Bernard proved to be one of the best, if not best team in the State as they manhandled Montclair Immaculate 76-53!008

Tournament M.V.P. Rutgers commit Paul Mulcahy(pictured) scored 13 points, pulled down 9 rebounds and dished off 8 dimes, Junior Zach Martini added 22 points Freshman Denver Anglin chipped in 15 points and Junior Will Soucie finished with 14 as Gill was on all cylinders throughout the contest! Gill led at the half 34-22 and pushed the lead up to 52-30 to end the 3rd! They never looked back! Immaculate was led by Junior Nick Jourdain with 19 points and 8 rebounds! Junior Zion Bethea finished with 15 points for Immaculate!

Paterson Kennedy probably played their best game of the year as they defeated #16 ranked Rutgers Prep 70-63! Senior Jahmir Tyrell(pictured) scored 25 points with 7 rebounds to lead Kennedy to a well played win! Senior Avante’ Gilbert scored 10 of his 12 points in the 2nd half, including a couple key buckets late and grabbed 8 rebounds! Senior Joshuel White played a strong game as he scored 9 points, pulled down 6 rebounds and had 5 steals for Kennedy! Rutgers Prep was led by Sophomore Trey Patterson with 19 points and 13 rebounds and Penn commit Jonah Charles with 16 points and 8 rebounds! Kennedy had 9 players score in the contest as they got contributions from everyone!

 

 

                                       0045TH PLACE GAME:  RAMAPO  68    PATERSON EASTSIDE  41

Lafayette commit Neal Quinn(pictured) scored 24 points and grabbed 12 rebounds and Senior K.C. Hunt added 21 points and 9 rebounds as Ramapo jumped out to a 24-6 1st quarter lead and extended it to 43-11 at the half enroute to a 68-41 win over Paterson Eastside! Senior Keymani Nevers led the Ghost with 16 points and Sophomore Levi Holton added 8 points and 6 assists!
