RAMAPO DEFENSE STYMIES RIDGEWOOD 49-35!

Ridgewood,N.J… Ramapo’s defense and the second half play of Senior guard Kyle Hroncich lifted them to a 49-35 win over Ridgewood!

The first half saw both teams struggle offensively as Ridgewood took a 19-17 lead into the second half! Ramapo took control in the 3rd quarter as they continued to shut down Ridgewood, holding them to 5 3rd quarter points and got a big half from Hroncich(right)! The point guard scored all 12 of his points in the second half, including a big layup in the 4th quarter when Ridgewood made their final run! Lafayette commit Neal Quinn led Ramapo with 14 points and 8 rebounds, while Senior K.C. Hunt added 10 points and Senior John Whooley chipped in 9! Ridgewood was led by Junior James Miller with 9 points! Ramapo improved to 10-1, while Ridgewood fell to 6-4!
