Fairleigh Dickinson University Hackensack, N.J….Bergen Catholic ended the two year Don Bosco Prep hold of the Bergen County Jamboree title by defeating them tonight 54-41!

Senior Doug Edert led the way with 21 points, making 4″triples” including a four point play that gave B.C. momentum it would never lose! Senior Zach Freemantle finished with 14 points and 11 rebounds, while Junior Matt Zona chipped in 7 points and 8 rebounds and Junior Raejon Figures added 8 points! After a 8-8 1st quarter, Bergen took a 24-13 lead at the half and never lost the double figure lead! Prep was led by Senior Victor Konopka with 13 points and Senior Owen McGlashen with 12!
