GROUP 3 NORTH FINAL: RAMAPO SNEAKS BY COLONIA 35-32 TO BECOME NORTH 3 STATE CHAMPS! C

East Orange Campus, N.J….Senior Neal Quinn’s last three points of the game proved to be the decisive game winners, as Ramapo defeated Colonia 35-32 to win the Group 3 North Championship!

Colonia took a 32-28 lead with over 4 minutes left and never scored in the game again as Ramapo guard John Whooley helped contain Colonia star Chad Baker late! Quinn(far right) hit one of two free throws, then scored on a layup with 15.3 left in the game to give Ramapo it’s final bucket! Colonia could not get a shot up to end the game! Senior KC Hunt(right) led Ramapo with 17 points and 10 rebounds and Quinn added 13 points and 12 rebounds as the duo scored 30 of Ramapo’s 35 points! Baker led Colonia with 14 points Junior Jimmy Frage added 11 for Colonia! Ramapo will now face Moorestown at Rutgers at 5pm!
