CORBO LEADS DEPAUL TO 66-58 O.T. WIN OVER WAYNE VALLEY!

DePaul H.S. Wayne, N.J….DePaul came from behind to defeat Wayne Valley in O.T. 66-58 behind the play of Senior Anthony Corbo!

Corbo(far right) played a tremendous game in leading his squad to a hard fought win! He scored 29 points, grabbed 17 rebounds, dished out 3 assists with 4 steals and had a hand in 10 of DePaul’s 16 overtime points! Freshman Jaheim Best(right) added 12 points and 6 assists, but more importantly was all over the floor on the defensive end! Junior Ameer Coubati hit a “triple” to give Wayne Valley a 50-49 lead, but Best’s free throw sent the game to O.T.! DePaul took control in the extra session! Senior John O’Reilly added 8 points and 6 assists for DePaul! Coubati led Wayne Valley with 21 points, while Junior Derek Sandowick added 14!
