MID WEEK BOOM RESULTS: MONTCLAIR IMMACULATE, HACKENSACK AND KENNEDY WIN!

Teaneck, N.J….. The Midweek Boom event took place with three games played! The featured game had Montclair Immaculate pull off a win, along with Hackensack and Kennedy!DSC00976

                                MONTCLAIR IMMACULATE  88     BERGEN CATHOLIC  76

Junior Zakai Zeigler scored 31 points to lead Montclair Immaculate to a 89-76 win over Bergen Catholic! Immaculate took an early lead and never looked back as they led by as much as 25 at the half 50-25! Bergen made a run in the 2nd half, but was too little too late! Junior Jayden Brown finished with 21 points, Hofstra commit Zion Bethea scored 16 points and 8 rebounds and Junior Amar’e Marshall added 12 points with 5 steals! Bergen Catholic was led by Junior Julian Brown and  Sophomore Will Richardson with 21 points! Junior Diari Duncan finished with 12 points and 14 rebounds! Zeigler and Duncan were chosen Players Of the Game! (with Director Keila Brevard)

 

 

                                                     HACKENSACK  65       DWIGHT-MORROW  59

Senior Seth Shariff Brown scored 25 points and 17 rebounds and Senior Amire Walker added 21 points as Hackensack defeated Dwight-Morrow 65-59! The game was tight throughout as Hackensack kept a slim lead most of the contest! Dwight-Morrow would get righDSC00974t there, but could never make the play to put themselves ahead! Sophomore Shawn Reckley added 11 points for Hackensack! Senior Andres Fulgencio led Dwight-Morrow with 19 points and 14 rebounds, while Senior Dwayne Clarke and Junior Christopher Dark each finished with 10! Brown and Fulgencio were chosen Players of the Game!

 

 

 

KENNEDY  76         TEANECK  60

Senior Deishon Harrison scored 24 points with 6 assists and 5 steals and Senior Mark Heber added 19 points, 6 rebounds and 3 steals to lead Kennedy to a 76-60 win over TeDSC00972aneck! Kennedy was solid throughout as Teaneck cut the lead numerous times, but Kennedy withstood all the runs and finally took control in the 4th quarter! Senior Hunter Toro led Teaneck with 17 points and Junior Xavier Washington added 14! Harrison and Toro were chosen Players of the Game!
