PASSAIC VALLEY ROLLS PAST INDIAN HILLS 75-51!

Little Falls,NJ…. Passaic Valley will go as far as their young players take them! Tonight they showed what kind of future they can have! Junior wing Stefan Minic(right) led P.V. with 27 points, including 6“triples”, Freshman point guard Jihad Wright(left) scored 8 points, dished out 9 dimes to go with 5 steals and 6’8 Sophomore Shawn Ulrich scored 10 points and greabbed 9 boards despite being in foul trouble for stretches of the game! This trio has a chance to make noise as the season goes on, especially as Wright gains experience! P.V.took a 33-21 lead at the end of the 1st half and never really looked back! Indian Hills played without their best player Ryan Warnet due to a sprained ankle and the Hornets took advantage! Junior Dan Cirrincione came off the bench for Ulrich and scored 9 points and pulled down 8 rebounds and Junior Alex Pezzino hit 3″triples” to help keep the pressure on Indian Hills! Hills was led by Junior Matt Jensen with 16 points and Senior Robbie Cariddi with 14!
