Paterson Charter,Paterson,NJ….. Gardenstatehoops went out to get a look at the new Varsity Basketball team in the area, Paterson Charter School For Science & Technology! While it looks like a lot of work still must be done their was a bunch of positives in their 53-44 lost to Weehauken!

Paterson,N.J….. Junior Asem Johnson made 5″triples” on his way to 28 points and Junior Shakur Juiston had a double-double with 15 points and 16 rebounds to go with 5 assists as they led Paterson Eastside to a 59-37 win over Passaic County Tech! 

Elmwood Park,NJ….Gardenstatehoops Slept!!! When watching Elmwood Park last year their main guys were Senior’s Nick Smith and Andre Frasier! They also had a Junior Forward on the squad who at the time was 6’2 and skinny and was a role player! Well, Senior Ve’Shawn Polite has grown up!
