BERGEN COUNTY JAMBOREE PREVIEW!

The Bergen County Jamboree Semifinals takes place Sunday at F.D.U. at 3pm and 5pm! Here is a look at the Semifinals Teams!                                                                               DON BOSCO PREP  VS  CRESSKILL  3PM

Don Bosco Prep– Prep is led by All-State candidates Marcellus Earlington(pictured) and Ron Harper as they are as good a tandem as their is in the State! Senior Matt Herasme is a pure shooter who has tremendous range and Junior Vic Konopka can score down low, but also has a nice perimeter shot! The key to Prep success will be the point guard play of Senior Mike Concannon who has been solid throughout the season! Prep will rely on the bench play of Senior Jordan Cooke-Harper, Junior Owen Maglashen and Junior Kyle Maurer!

Cresskill— The only undefeated team left in the State, the veteran squad will not be intimidated by Prep! Cresskill’s starting five has played a lot of games together and that knowledge of each other is their strong suit! Senior Luka Radovich is their big scorer along with Senior Wellington Ventura who is an athletic scorer who is their best inside player! Senior Harrison Lucibello, Senior George Sikoryak and Senior Michael Ferrara are the three guards who all can score and can all get hot! The bench is not deep but Senior Ben Green provides a spark

Bergen Catholic– The deepest team in the area, Bergen Catholic can come at you with 10 quality players! Junior Zach Freemantle(right) has become a star and Sophomore Matt Zona(left) is not far behind as they make up the best bigmen tandem in the area! Junior Doug Edert is one of the best long range shooters in the State and Junior Jayson Earle is a high level athlete! Junior Myles Wilmouth may have the most potential of the entire squad and Junior Jalen Leach has become a multi- dimensional offensive threat! Junior Justin Regis, Junior Jason Larranaga and Senior Moke Koch are capable off the bench!

Ramapo— Ramapo goes as their trio of Junior K.C. Hunt, Senior Jason Oppler and Junior John Whooley go! They will have to be on their A game to get a win against Bergen Catholic! Sophomore Max Pernetti, Senior Andrew Curcura and Senior Ben Bitensky make up the starting lineup, but Ramapo also goes deep in their rotation as Senior Vasil Econopouly, Junior Kyle Hroncich, Junior Matt Wingfield, Junior Justin Hu and Sophomore Christopher Valvano make up the Ramapo bench and all should see action against Prep!
