BERGEN COUNTY JAMBOREE! RIDGEWOOD AND NORTHERN HIGHLANDS WIN!

Gardenstatehoops caught two games from the Bergen County Jamboree at Bergen Catholic and saw Ridgewood and northern Highlands have convincing wins!

                                                                               RIDGEWOOD  77    HASBROUCK HEIGHTS  50

Senior Quin Peene(right) scored 14 points and pulled down 7 rebounds and Junior Gabe Millstein added 13 points off the bench to lead Ridgewood to a 77-50 win over Hasbrouck Heights! Ridgewood was on all cylinders as it went up 61-28 at the end of the 3rd quarter!  Junior Michael Schretter added 12 points and Junior Ceasar Silvestro chipped in 10 points with 5 assists! Ridgewood took a 19-7 1st quarter lead and never looked back! Hasbriuck Heights was lead by Senior Niko Regus with 14 points and Sophomore Anthony Palmer with 12!

 

 

NORTHERN HIGHLANDS  64    BECTON  42

Junior Ryan Starr(right) scored 17 points with 5 assists to lead Northern Highlands to a 64-42 win over Becton! Starr scored 11 of his points in the 1st half as Northern Highlands took a 41-11 lead into intermission! Senior Ethan Reisbaum chipped in 13 points and Senior Brian Reynolds added 12 points for Northern Highlands! Senior Tyler Colon led Becton with 18 points and Junior Greg Anderson added 12 points on 4″triples” for Becton!
