COACHES SHINE AT CLINIC!

Immaculate Conception, Montclair,N.J… There is one word to describe the Gardenstatehoops Coaches Clinic that took place Friday at Immaculate Conception H.S. in Montclair! The word is Phenomenal!!

The Highschool Coaches that attended the event were enthralled and attentive as NCAA Champ Villanova Coach Jay Wright, St.Joseph Coach Phil Martelli, Rutgers Coach Steve Pikiell and Coach Bruiser Flint kept them on the edge of their seats explaining the aspects of the game of Basketball in their views! The Clinic was done to help the Paterson Girls Basketball League which due to budget cuts lost a lot of funding! The fact that these men could take the time from recruiting and other Coaching responsibilities that they have to help our cause shows the true character of these Men and Gardenstatehoops is forever grateful for their time and support! Thanks also goes out to Immaculate Conception H.S. and Coach Jimmy Salmon for making this event possible and to the Highschool Coaches that gave their time to be present and give to our cause! It will be hard to match, but here’s hoping for an even stronger event next year!
