GEE GETS HIS 2,000TH!

For the last four Highschool seasons Kennedy’s Alphonso (Chop) Gee has been the most prolific scorer in the area!

Tonight, against Eastside, Gee accomplished a bigtime achievement by reaching the 2,000 point plateau for his career! Needing 3 points entering the contest, Gee showed a little butterflies early, missing badly on a couple outside jumpers! But, with 2:16 left in the 1st quarter Chop  fittingly, did what he has done as well as anyone over the course of his career! Knock down a “triple”! With that, Alphonso Gee became Chops 2,000! Gardenstatehoops would like to congratulate Alphonso Gee and his family on his remarkable achievement!
