HAMILTON PARK SUMMER LEAGUE: ST. ANTHONY AND PATRICK SCHOOL TO MEET IN LEAGUE “CHIP”!

Hamilton Park  Jersey City, NJ…. Gardenstatehoops went to Hamilton Park  to witness the Hamilton Park Summer League Semifinals as Bergen Catholic played the Patrick School and Hudson Catholic met St. Anthony!

At the end, The Patrick School will be meeting St.Anthony for the Hamilton Park Summer League Championship! Rising Senior Jamir Harris(far right) scored 24 points, Rising Junior Vladir Manuel(right) added 22 points and rising Sophomore Al-Amir Dawes chipped in 15 points as The Patrick School defeated Bergen Catholic 72-52! rising Senior Taj Benning led B.C. with 16 points! Bergen had cut The Patrick School’s lead to 37-34 but two buckets from Manuel and a lay by Harris gave Patrick’s a 43-34 lead after 3! The Patrick School then outscored Bergen Catholic 29-18 in the 4th to win going away! St. Anthony jumped out to a 13-2 lead and held on to a 81-67 win as St.Ant’s  defeated Hudson Catholic for the second time in a week! Rising Senior R.J. Cole(far right) scored 18 points, Rising Sophomore Alexander Rice(right) scored 17 points, with 5 “triples” and Savior Akuwovo added 13 points in their win! Hudson Catholic was led by Rising Junior Jahvon Quinerly with 21 points and Rising Junior Luther Muhammad added 16 points! The championship will be played Wednesday at 7pm at Hamilton Park depending in the weather!
