HOFFMAN TO GOES JUCO!!

Newark Eastside’s tenacious guard Akbar Hoffman has decided to go the JUCO route! Hoffman is headed to Hutchinson Junior College in Kansas! Hoffman was a 1st Team All-State player this season as he led Newark Eastside to a runner up showing in the Tournament Of Champions and a Group 3 title! He is a very good perimeter shooter with great athleticsm but his ability to defend might actually be his best quality! Gardenstatehoops would like to congratulate Akbar and his family on his College choice!
