HUDSON COUNTY FALL LEAGUE: IMMACULATE CONCEPTION, ST.MARY’S AND LINCOLN(NY) WIN!

Hudson Catholic H.S. Jersey City,N.J….. The Hudson County Fall League took place Sunday and saw Immaculate Conception, St.Mary’s(Elizabeth) and Lincoln(NY) come away with wins! Immaculate Conception’s youthful squad is getting better as the season progresses! Sophomore Jalen Carey(far right) and Sophomore Justin Winston each scored 17 points and Freshman Cartier Bowman(left) made his presence felt with 10 points, including a couple of high flying jams that helped Immaculate to a 59-44 win over Old Bridge! Senior Connor Romano led Old Bridge with 19 points and Senior Stephen Strom added 12 points! St Mary’s played a tough defensive game with St. Peters Prep as each team gave an outstanding effort on that end! St.Mary’s hung on to win 34-26 as Sophomore Calistus Anyichie(right) scored 10 points to lead them! Junior Luke Buckeweic led Prep with 8 points!Sophomore Tyler Bourne scored 15 points and Senior Jalil Tripp(bottom left) was a force with 11 points as Lincoln(NY) outplayed Hudson Catholic from beginning to end in a 52-33 win! Sophomore Luther Muhammad and Senior Marion Williams each scored 12 points! NOTE: The Patrick School and St.Anthony were suppose to play but due to a heartbreaking incident at The Patrick School where they lost a student to an apparent heart attack, the school shut all activities for the week!
