HUDSON COUNTY FALL LEAGUE RESULTS: HUDSON CATHOLIC, POPE JOHN, IMMACULATE CONCEPTION AND ST.ANTHONY WIN!

Hudson Catholic Jersey City,N.J…. The Hudson County Fall League took place with wins by Hudson Catholic, Pope John, Immaculate Conception and St.Anthony!

Sophomore Jonathan Delgado(far right) made a “triple” with 19 seconds in the game to give Hudson Catholic a 39-38 lead as they overcame a late 7 point deficit to beat St.Peters Prep 40-38! Junior Luther Muhammad  who led the scoring with 17 points made 3 “triples late to spearhead Hudson Catholic’s comeback in the game! Bigman Parker Omslaer was a tough defend for HC as he finished with 13 points for St.Peters Prep! Junior Samba Diallo scored 19 points and Sophomore Jack Cavanaugh(near right) added 12 to lead Pope John to a 42-37 win over The Patrick School! Junior Vladir Manuel led The Patrick School with 12 points! Junior Jalen Carey, who was the player of the day scored 21 points and Junior Justin Winston chipped in 14 points to lead Immaculate Conception to a 42-33 win over St.Mary’s(Elizabeth)! Junior Javon Jackson led St.Mary’s with 10 points! Junior Demetrious Plexidas(bottom) scored 13 points to lead St.Anthony to a 64-27 win over Old Bridge!
