LANGEVINE TO RHODE ISLAND!

Gardenstatehoops would like to congratulate The Patrick School’s 6’8 forward Cyril Langevine on his commitment to Rhode Island! Langevine(with trophy) who started his AAU career with the N.J. Roadrunners and ended with The Playaz Basketball Club has improved his game as well as anyone in the State and maybe in the Country! In our opinion, Rhode Island has gotten a steal! He chose Rhode Island over F.D.U., Duquesne, Quinnipiac, Robert Morris, George Mason, St.Francis, St.Bonaventure and Buffalo! But mark it, even bigger schools were coming as Pittsburgh for one had wanted him to take a visit in October! Cyril has a great low post game and has gotten better on the perimeter where his future may lay, but make no mistake Langevine was a great pickup for Coach Dan Hurley and Rhode Island!
