MAGER AND LEMOND LEAD DWIGHT-ENGLEWOOD TO BIG WIN OVER LEONIA 65-60!

Leonia, N.J…..Dwight-Englewood trailed late in the 3rd quarter, but they came back in the 4th quarter to defeat Leonia 65-60!

Sophomore David Mager(far right) scored 11 of his 23 points in the 4th quarter to lead the comeback! Sophomore Jayden Lemond(center) added 21 points with 7 rebounds and 6 steals and was the driving force in the 3rd as his layup finally tied the game at 45 to end the stanza! D-E got their first lead of the game with 7:32 left in the 4th on a free throw from Senior Aiden Pink(right), who played a solid floor game and chipped in 12 points and 6 rebounds! Leonia came in with a 10-1 record and looked good as they dominated the boards early and got to the basket at will! Junior Jeremiah Don Martin led Leonia with 24 points, while Senior Eric Mency finished with 11 points and Senior Sean Irby added 10
