MANCHESTER DEFEATS POMPTON LAKES 65-53!

Haledon,NJ….. Gardenstatehoops decided to catch Manchester once again due to a scheduling conflict! The trip was well worth it as Junior Alex Morales put on a dominating performance in Manchester’s 65-53 win over Pompton Lakes!  The 6’6 Morales was just short of a triple double as he scored 20 points, grabbed 19 rebounds with 8 steals! He also contributed 5 assists to his stat line! Manchester needed his game as Pompton Lakes trailed throughout, but was always in striking distance!  Senior Rob Williams scored 16 points and Junior Akiel Murray added 12 points for Manchester which was bolstered by the addition of Junior Keshon Pierson in the backcourt! as he dished out 6 assists with 3 steals! Pompton Lakes was led by Senior Jon Tobal with 19 points and Mack Hennessey with 10 points and 5 boards!
