MONDAY PATERSON REC FALLBALL LEAGUE: MATER DEI, KENNEDY, ORANGE AND HACKENSACK WIN!

Kennedy H.S. Paterson,N.J…… The Paterson Recreation FallBall League had four games played and saw Mater Dei, Kennedy, Orange and Hackensack  all come away with wins!

Rising Junior Alexander Rice(far right) who transferred from the now defunct St. Anthony scored 22 points to lead Mater Dei to a 47-38 win over Ramapo! Mater Dei came back after trailing early! Ramapo was led by Rising Junior K.C. Hunt who finished with 17 points! Rising Senior Jaylen Colon(near right) scored 26 points and Freshman Jae’Waun Abrams provided a spark off the bench, scoring 9 points to lead Kennedy to a 55-53 win over Pope John! Rising Sophomore Gavin Flowers led Pope John with 15 points,while Rising Senior Maceo Robinson and Rising Junior Eddie Davis scored 12 points apiece in the lost! Rising Senior Mike Noelvil (3rd right) scored 20 points,with 4 “triples” to lead Orange to a 61-59 win over C.B.A.! Rising Junior Josh Cohen(2nd right) had a big game for C.B.A. scoring 28 points in the contest! B.J. Saliba’s free throw in sudden death overtime and game high 21 points and Rising Senior Toren Portee’s 13 points led Hackensack to a 53-51 win over Bergen Catholic! Rising Junior Doug Edert led Bergen Catholic with 15 points and rising Junior Jason Earle added 10 points for B.C.!
