NIKE EYBL: PLAYAZ BASKETBALL CLUB PICK UP 2 WINS!

Brooklyn,N.Y….. Nike EYBL action took place Saturday at the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal! The Playaz Basketball Club started their EYBL Season off in fine fashion by winning their first two games, defeating the New York Lightning and Team Griffin!

The Playaz defeated the Lightning 74-66! Marcus McClary and R.J. Cole led the Playaz with 14 points apiece! Leondre Washington scored 12 points, Jamir Harris added 11 points and Elijah Barnes chipped in 10 as the Playaz had 5 players in double figures! Chris Duarte led the Lightning with 16 points! In their second contest Cole(right) led the way with 17 points, including 5 “triples”, Washington added 11 and Harris and Elijah Mitchell each scored 10 as the Playaz blew out Team Griffin 73-48! Brady Manek led Team Griffin with 17 points! The Playaz will finish Brooklyn play Sunday at 2pm against a strong St.Louis Eagles team!
