NJSCA JOE SILVER ALL-STAR CLASSIC: SOUTH DEFEATS NORTH 120-107!

IMG_0450Rider University, N.J…… The NJSCA Joe Silver AllStar Classic took place today at Ride032r University with some of the top players in the State participating! The South team pulled off the win over the North squad 120-107!

Trenton Catholic’s Richmond Aririguzoh(pictured) scored 15 points and was voted MVP of the game! Bordentown’s Myron Gordon led the scoring for the South with 16 points! Delsea’s Kaleb Morton034 added 13 points and Holy Spirit’s Tyler Jones finished with 11 points and 7 rebounds! The North was led by Passaic County Tech’s Eric Johnson-Alford as he scored 21 points with 6 rebounds! Don Bosco Prep’s Brandon Anderson scored 15 points on 5″triples” and Paterson Kennedy’s Alphonso Gee finished with 11 points! Ridge’s Max Mahoney, Passaic Valley’s Jihad Wright and Newark Tech’s Mustafa La014wrence each chipped in 9 points!  

 

 

 

 

 

NOTES: Washington Twp  Spencer Cook won the three point shooting contest, narrowl019y defeating Paterson Kennedy’s Alphonso Gee and St. Joseph-Montvale’s Nate Garvey! He won the event 10 to 9!

The dunk contest was a good event with darkhorse Eric Johnson-Alford winning the event as the favorite, St,Joseph-Metuchen’s Breein Tyree  was not able to continue due to an injury!  (hit the link for one of Johnson-Alford’s dunks)
