NORTH 1 GROUP 4 STATE SCORE: FAIRLAWN DEFEATS BERGEN TECH 82-65!

Senior John Burek scored 21 1st half points to help give Fairlawn a great start in defeating Bergen Tech 82-65!

Burek(far right) finished with 29 points before fouling out and Junior Edwin Muniz(right) added 16 points for Fairlawn! Fairlawn jumped out to a 14-3 lead and lead the entire contest! Senior Marc Martinez led Bergen Tech with 26 points and Senior Brian Ibeabuchi added 18 points and 12 rebounds! Junior Or Sundjyevsky added 13 points and 7 rebounds for Fairlawn!

The trio have been a big part of Bergen Tech’s success the past three years and they have left a strong mark on the program!
