THANK YOU CURTIS MARCH! (Teaneck Coach)

Written by Cameron on . Posted in Garden State Hoops

Although this website is about Highschool basketball players, every now and then you meet a special person in the basketball world who has truly gotten what this is about. Teaneck’s Coach Curtis March coached his last game for the Highwaymen and he will not only be missed by Teaneck players, but the whole Northern New Jersey basketball community. March was not only a winner of games, but a winner of young men. These players will understand later in life what you really have done for them. It has been a true pleasure to meet you and of course Hoop Journal hopes you enjoy your retirement to the fullest. THANK YOU MR. CURTIS MARCH AND CONGRATULATIONS ON THE SUCCESS YOU HAVE HAD!

Senior Fuquan Edwin(#23) led the attack with 19 points, 3 blocks and 3 steals while Senior Jayon James was the catalyst in the attack dishing out 11 assists and grabbing 10 rebounds with 5 steals. Junior Myles Mack( 15 pts, 5 asts, 3stls), Senior Jermaine Peart(#21)( 13 pts), Sophomore Kyle Anderson( 11 pts, 5asts, 5rebs) and Junior Derrick Randall( 10 pts,6 rebs,) all scored in double figures, while Senior Trevor Clemmings added 8 points and 5 rebounds.
