PASCACK HILLS COMES FROM BEHIND TO DEFEAT DWIGHT-ENGLEWOOD 69-67!

Pascack Hills, N.J……Trailing 58-46 entering the 4th quarter Pascack Hills outscored Dwight-Englewood 23-9 to defeat Dwight-Englewood 69-67!

DE had taken control of the game as they trailed until 2:02 of the 2nd quarter when Sophomore Jordan McKoy hit a “triple” to put  DE ahead 30-29 which they turned into a 39-31 halftime lead! Things were going the same route in the 2nd half as Dwight-Englewood went up by as much as 16 points, but turnovers and ill advised shots along with  gave Pascack Hills life! Senior Nick Guillemain’s bucket and two free throws gave Hills a 68-65 lead with 56 seconds left! A bucket from Sophomore Tyson Etienne cut the lead to 68-67, but a free throw from Senior Michael Murphy gave Pascack a 69-67 lead, but a desperate shot fell off and Pascack Hills came awy with the win! Murphy(pictured) led Pascack Hills with 23 points! Guillemain scored 21 points and Senior Jason Shill added 17 points! Etienne led Dwight-Englewood with 25 points and 5 assists, while McKoy added 15 points! Junior Tony DeBellis chipped in 10 points with 4 steals for DE!
