PATERSON CHARTER’S BIG 4TH QTR.HELPS BEAT HASBROUCK HEIGHTS 45-37!

Hasbrouck Heights,N.J……Paterson Charter scored the first 8 points in the 4th quarter to stretch a 28-26 lead into a 36-26 lead and used tough defense to beat Hasbrouck Heights 45-37!

Senior Ramir Davis(far right) led the scoring with 17 points as no one could contain him one on one on the opposing team and Senior Jahki Clarke(middle) added 14 points with 3 steals and took over the point guard position with Senior Dazmir Staton unable to go with a leg injury! Charter did a good job of holding Hasbrouck Heights star guard Niko Regus, holding him to 9 points in the contest! The 4th started with Clarke and Sophomore Joseph Collazo combining for 8 straight points to push the lead to double figures! Collazo(near right) finished with 13 points and 10 rebounds! Davis bucket late to make it 43-35 was the dagger and held off Hasbrouck Heights last comeback attempt! Senior Leeroy Casimir finished with 9 points and 10 rebounds for Hasbrouck Heights!
