PATERSON CITY LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP!

 

Kennedy H.S. Paterson, N.J… Gardenstatehoops went to Kennedy H.S. to watch the young fellas get it in!

The Paterson City Basketball Leagues which is one of the best in the area had it’s Championship games for it’s Midget and Lightweights! The games had talented youngsters who one day will be household names on the Highschool scene! At the end of the night the Hollywood Ballers left with a double as it’s Midget team and Lightweight team both took home the “Chip”! The Ballers Midget team defeated the team named Serenity 46-33 as Mekhi Acey(grey) led the way for the Ballers with 12 points, 7 rebounds and 4 steals! Serenity(team in white) was led by Justin Brown with 14 points and 5 blocked shots! The Ballers Lightweight team outscored the Wolves 17-6 in the 2nd quarter and went on to win 52-29! Eric Jackson(black) led a balanced attack with 11 points as 10 players scored for the Ballers! The Wolves(team in black) were led by Preston Brown Jr. who scored 14 of the teams 29 points!
