PATERSON REC/PLAYAZ BASKETBALL FALLBALL LEAGUE: BERGEN TECH, PASSAIC VALLEY, PATERSON CHARTER AND PASSAIC WIN!

The Saturday Paterson Rec/Playaz Basketball FallBall League took place with wins by Bergen Tech, Passaic Valley, Paterson Charter and Passaic pulled off wins! Bergen Tech has been the most impressive squad on Saturday’s so far with their hustle, teamwork and overall  play and it showed again as they defeated Passaic County Tech! Junior Steve Lai(top right) scored 19 points and Senior Calvin Huh added 14 points to lead a balanced attack in a 59-48 win! Tech was led by Senior Yohanly Ortiz led Tech with 14 points! Senior Jihad Wright’s driving layup with 1 second left in the game gave Passaic Valley a come from behind win over DePaul 46-45!  Junior Tito Ramirez led P.V. with 17 points and Wright(left) finished with 14! Junior Isaiah Robinson led DePaul with 19 points! Junior Dazmir Staton (right) scored 12 points, Junior Jason Thobourne and Junior Jahki Clarke each scored 10 points to lead Paterson Charter to a 38-33 win over Clifton! Junior Hardy Stevenson led Clifton with 12 points! Junior Jamir Thomas(bottom left) scored 17 points as he led Passaic to a 55-33 win over Leonia! Senior Chris Schlobach led Leonia with 8!
