PCSST HOLIDAY FINAL: UNION CATHOLIC DEFEATS PATERSON CHARTER 51-49 IN O.T.!

Paterson Charter Paterson, N.J…… In a hot contest that kept the crowd on their feet, Union Catholic beat Paterson Charter 51-49 in Overtime!

 Elijah Barlow scored 13 points, Isaiah Hill added 11 and Bradley Young chipped in 10 points! Paterson Charter was led by Zahire Robinson with 10 points and 7 rebounds, Caleb Ruffin added 9 points and Jahar Pierce chipped in 8! Regulation ended with the score at 49! The teams went the entire overtime without scoring until with 8 seconds left a Paterson Charter turnover resulted in a Union Catholic layup at the buzzer by Matt Tracey! Hill(left) was named Outstanding Player of Tournament! Barlow(right) the Outstanding Player Of the game! Ruffin was named All-Tournament!

Senior Cody Sylvester(right) scored 22 points and Senior Kendell Malloy(center) added 20 to lead Passaic to a 73-59 win over DePaul! With the score 51-48 after the 3rd Passaic outscored DePaul 22-11 in the final stanza to win going a way! DePaul was led by Senior Anthony Corbo with 27 points, while Senior John O’Reilly added 15! Sylvester and Corbo(far right) were named All-Tournament!
