PLAYAZ SPLIT ON FIRST DAY OF PEACH JAM!

North Augusta, S.C  by Mike Mincey….. The Playaz Basketball Club from New Jersey started the defense of their Nike EYBL Peach Jam championship by splitting two games on the first day of action! The Playaz took a close 85-83 lost to the St.Louis Eagles despite the 25 point effort from Notre Dame commit T.J. Gibbs and 23 points from Myles Powell! Highly ranked Jayson Tatum led St.Louis with 29 points,including 17-18 from the free throw line! The Playaz won the second game of the day by defeating  Athlete’s First 73-70 as Powell(pictured) finished with 20! The Playaz will meet California Supreme and King James Friday!
