PUBLIC VS PRIVATE RESULTS: DEPAUL AND ST. JOSEPH REGIONAL WIN!

Teaneck,N.J… The Public vs. Private event last three games were postponed until tomorrow due to inclement weather but in two games that were played St. Joseph Regional and DePaul went onto easy victories!

                             ST. JOSEPH REGIONAL 67     DWIGHT-ENGLEWOOD 45                                                

St. Joe’s jumped on Dwight-Morrow early and never looked back in an easy 67-45 win! Senior Nazir Williams led the way with 16 points, while Senior Dyree Rogers finished with 14 points and 6 rebounds! St. Joe’s dominated the 1st half, taking a 35-14 halftime lead! Senior Ansley Almanor finished with 12 points, 8 rebounds and 4 steals and  Junior Albert Serrano added 11 points! Senior Andres Fulgencio led Dwight-Morrow with 25 points!(Players of the Game Fulgencio and Rogers with director Ozzie Osbourne)

In another blowout, DePaul exploded on Wood-Ridge early enroute to a 70-42 win! Senior John O’Reilly led the way with 19 points and Freshman’s Irv Watkins and Jaheim Best were huge factors as Watkins scored 14 points and Best contributed 12 and again was a problem for Wood-Ridge on the defensive end! Senior John Kurz led Wood-Ridge with 13 points!(Players of the Game O’Reilly and Kurz with Osbourne)!
