PUBLIC VS PRIVATE RESULTS: PARAMUS CATHOLIC AND THE HUN SCHOOL WIN!

Teaneck, N.J…..The Public vs Private event sponsored by the Bulls continued today with 2 games as Paramus Catholic and The Hun School came away with wins!

Paramus Catholic scored 27 points in the 4th quarter to extend a 12 point lead and run away with a 73-49 win over Teaneck! 6’6 Junior Derrick Bueno scored 17 points, grabbed 14 rebounds, dished out 5 dimes and 3 steals and Junior Niko Ruffin finished with 17 points(4″triples”), 4assists and 3 steals to lead P.C.! Junior Michael Kolano added 10 points, while Senior Myles Morales chipped in 8 points and 10 rebounds as Paramus Catholic was dominate on the boards! Teaneck kept it close early, but PC started to take control late in the 3rd! Junior D.J. Simpson was the catalyst for Teaneck as he finished with 15 points and Sophomore David Teele added 13 points and 3 steals! Bueno, Ruffin and Simpson were chosen Players of the Game!

The Hun School scrapped it’s way to a win over Hackensack 57-45 as Sophomore Daniel Vessey led the way with 18 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals and Sophomore Michael Scott added 14 points, 4 assists and 3 steals! Senior Seth Sharif Brown led Hackensack with 17 points, while Sophomore Shawn Reckley added 9! Vessey and Brown were chosen Players of the Game!
