QUEEN OF PEACE DEFEATS RIDGEFIELD PARK 60-53!

North Arlington,N.J….. Queen Of Peace used a balanced scoring attack to defeat Ridgefield Park 60-53!

QP had 4 players in double figures led by Junior Ibn Loyal! Loyal led the scoring with 17 points, 8 rebounds and 6 blocked shots! Senior Jeremy Joseph and Freshman Joshua Pierre-Louis each scored 14 points, while Freshman Rajah Cameron added 13 points to go with 4 steals! Queen Of Peace took a 45-44 lead into the 4th quarter and after a back and forth start to the stanza, QP took over late as Cameron knocked down a “triple”, Joseph scored on a short jumper and Loyal converted two free throws to hold of Ridgefield Park! Senior Isaiah Drakeford led Ridgefield Park with 24 points and Senior Mike Tavares added 12 points! Senior Carlos Nunez was a workhorse on the boards grabbing 15 rebounds for Ridgefield Park!
