The #23 ranked player by Rivals.com has become embroiled in a FBI probe involving the NCAA associated with Arizona when Asst. Coach Book Richardson was arrested on bribery charges! Quinerly has opened his recruitment back up with Villanova, Seton Hall, Virginia and Stanford being in his last group of considerations!
