SATURDAY FALLBALL RESULTS: PASSAIC COUNTY TECH, UNION CATHOLIC, RANDOLPH AND ST.ANTHONY “B” WIN

Don Bosco Tech, Paterson,NJ….Saturday’s FallBall League action sponsored by the Playaz Basketball Club and Paterson Recreation brought wins for Passaic County Tech, Union Catholic, Randolph HS and St. Anthony JV team! In the first game Senior Ernesto Regaldo(right) scored 21 points and Senior Brevon Brevard added 17 as Tech won a close contest against Passaic Valley 55-52 and overcame a 30 point effort by Senior Stefen Minic! In the second contest, F.D.U. commit Devin Eke scored 16 points(near right) and Senior Ashton Lofton added 15  as Union Catholic defeated a team made up of  Varsity players who did not have teams in the Fallball Leagues called the Nomads! Regardless, Union Catholic won 52-34! In the third game St. Anthony”B” team which consisted of mostly players from their J.V. squad showed they can compete with many Varsity teams as they defeated Ramapo HS 51-43! Sophomore Shayquan Gibbs scored 17 points, while Sophomore Javarious Hayes controlled the game,making great decisions for him and his teammates! Sophomore Matt Latka led Ramapo with 19 points! The final game of the day had Senior Mike Talbert(left) score 26 points to lead Randolph HS to a 44-42 sudden death overtime win! Sophomore Eric Schuette jumper won it with a jump shot 30 seconds into the overtime!
