TEANECK WINS JAMBOREE FOR 4TH STRAIGHT TIME!!!

Ramapo College Mahwah,NJ… It wasn’t pretty, but the goal was accomplished! Teaneck did not have a great offensive night as they struggled from the floor, but their defense was there and they did just enough to beat a game Don Bosco Prep team 59-52! In the process, the Highwaymen became the first team to ever win four straight Bergen County Jamboree titles! Teaneck was led by Senior Corrie Brown(#1) with 14 points and Junior Ceasar DeJesus who scored 13 points, pulled down 7 rebounds, dished out 4 assists and had 3 steals. Freshman Leondre Washington scored 9 points with 3 assists and 2 steals and Senior Lavrone Green-Reels chipped in 8 points and was the catalyst on Teaneck’s defensive end. He and his teammates did a good job on Senior star Paul Jorgensen who was held to just 8 points. While his shot didn’t fall the George Washington commit still grabbed 8 rebounds and dropped 6 dimes! Senior Tom Sweeney, the Boston College football commit led the scoring with 18 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. Junior Amani Craddock finished with 10 points, while Senior Jack Ely added 8 points!
