WEDNESDAY FALLBALL RESULTS: ROSELLE CATHOLIC, GILL ST. BERNARD, NEWARK EASTSIDE AND ST. ANTHONY’S GET “W”S!

Kennedy H.S., Paterson, NJ… The Wednesday FallBall League sponsored by the Playaz Basketball Club and the Paterson Recreation had four games on tap and in the end Roselle Catholic, Gill St. Bernards, Newark Eastside and St. Anthony’s came up winners!

Junior forward Chris Silva(right) scored 20 points and was dominating around the rim in Roselle Catholic’s 66-57 win over St. Benedict’s! Junior Isaiah Briscoe scored 18 points and Senior Jalen Henriquez made his presence known in the game scoring 10 points and making strong basketball plays throughout! Carl Brown led Benedicts with 23 points and Junior Elijah Cain scored 19 points! Gill St.Bernards got 16 points from Junior Ian Demarest(left) and 14 from Sophomore Tyus Battle as GSB defeated Hudson Catholic 47-40! Senior Safee Sabur led the Hawks with 13 points! Senior Akbar Hoffman  scored 15 points and Seton Hall commit Ismael Sanago added 12 points as Newark Eastside beat Paterson Eastside 44-31! Junior Shakur Juiston and Junior Asem Johnson scored 8 points apiece for Paterson! In the final contest of the night Sophomore Jagen Mosely scored 13 points and his Senior brother Cheddi added 11 points as St. Anthony’s coasted past Teaneck 58-31! Sophomore M.J. Richardson led Teaneck with 16 points!
