ZIGNORSKI TO FORDHAM!

Pope John (Sparta) guard Matt Zignorski had a nice list of Colleges to decide on as he had offers from Bucknell, Princeton, American, Monmouth, Penn and Boston U. but in the end Zignorski decided to head for the A-10 and commit to Fordham University! His Coach Jason Hassan told Zagsblog” I think it’s a tremendous decision. He’s a great student and a great player who continues to get better every day. The A-10 is a competitive conference and with his ability to score and run a team, he’s going to be a valuable player inthat league”. Zignorski is a great perimeter shooter who has made himself into a very good point guard as his game continues to improve!
