Paterson Catholic Pulls Out Win In West Virginia 70-67 in O.T.
West Virginia: Paterson Catholic went into West Virginia and pulled off an overtime win against Huntington Prep which has produced players such as Kentucky’s Patrick Patterson and the Memphis Grizzlies O.J.Mayo. The Cougars pulled the game off in overtime as sophomore Kyle Anderson made a layup with 4 seconds left to tie it at the end of regulation. Junior Myles Mack led PC in scoring with 21 points, while Seton Hall recruit Fuquan Edwin(pictured) finished with 19 points and 6 steals. Junior Derrick Randall contributed 12 points and pulled down 11 rebounds. The game marked the season debut of D1 football player Trevor Clemmings. He contributed defensively and only has made the Cougars an even stronger and deeper squad. They have improved their record to 5-0 and will take on St. Peter’s Prep Sunday in the Playaz Club sponsored New Years Jump-Off Showcase at Teaneck H.S.
