A CELEBRATION!

 The Playaz Basketball Club celebrated their Nike EYBL Championship at Jacksonville Restaurant in Paterson! The event was to acknowledge the winning 17 Gold team, but more importantly to have a discussion on the requirements needed to be an eligible Division 1 student athlete for their younger players and their parents! They had a panel of past and present players along with knowledgeable Collegiate members to answer any questions! It is something that more AAU and Highschool team Playaz Championship team! Congrats goes out to Damian Rance, Alex Thomas, Asem Johnson, Shakur Juiston, Myles Powell, Travon Duval, Eli Cain, Moustapha Diagne, Temple Gibbs and Isaiah Briscoe! Briscoe in particular was spectacular during their road to the “CHIP”! Director and Coach Jimmy Salmon and Coaches Jerome Smart, Jamal Slappy and John Allen also should get praise for molding this team to what it became!
