Wayne Valley Dominates 4Th To Beat Passaic County Tech 69-54!

P.C.T.  Wayne………  Going into the 4th quarter, Passaic County Tech led 49-47 and then the wheels fell off, as Wayne Valley outscored Tech 22-5 to win going away 69-54.  Senior point guard Jason Rosenberg  literally took over the game scoing 14 of his 15 points in the second half in addition to dishing out 11 assists in the game. Senior Nick Siljee (pictured ) scored 22 points with 19 coming in the 1st half. The long range shooter hit 6 treys in the game and grabbed 12 rebounds. P.C.T. led most of the contest behind sophomore Assad Hinton’s 15 points and junior Xavier Nieves 14 points and 15 rebounds. Wayne Valley also got 16 points from junior Tom Larranga and 7 rebounds a piece from senior Keith Greve and junior Andrew Herasimtschuk who also added 9 points. Senior Terrell McDuffie added 10 points for Tech.

Teaneck Beats DePaul 60-52!

 Teaneck …………….. In a hotly contested game Teaneck Highschool held on to beat DePaul Catholic H.S. 60 – 52. Teaneck was led by 6’3 senior forward Jonathan Blue ( pictured ) who scored 18 points and senior guard Kyle Steinbergin with 12. DePaul’s zone defense gave the Highwaymen trouble most of the evening as they could never pull away. Davon Jacobs led DePaul with 14 points , while Matt Miller added 11 and Davon Jacobs finished with 11 points.
