TEANECK CLASSIC: DEPAUL, PATERSON EASTSIDE AND DWIGHT-MORROW WIN!

Teaneck, N.J……. The 1st annual Teaneck Classic came to it’s conclusion with three tough boy’s games! At the end DePaul, Paterson Eastside and Dwight-Morrow came away with wins!

 

                                                                 DEPAUL 64     MONTCLAIR  51

DePaul took an early lead and never looked back as they defeated Montclair 64-51! Senior Anthony Corbo scored 19 points, pulled down 10 rebounds, dished out 6 assists and had 4 steals and Senior John O’Reilly added 18 points toDSC00966 lead DePaul!  Senior Nick Bayuelo added 10 points for DePaul who took a 32-18 lead at the half! Junior Omarion Jett led Montclair with 19 points and 7 rebounds! Corbo and Jett were chosen Players of the Games!

 

 

 

 

                                  PATERSON EASTSIDE  80    PARAMUS CATHOLIC  69

Paterson Eastside scored 30 points in the 4th quarter to pull away from Paramus Catholic 80-69! Junior Levi Holton scored 19 points in the second half on his way to a 29 point game and Senior Daizon Pauldo came off the bench to score 18 points to lead the Ghosts! Eastside trDSC00967ailed 50-49 at the end of the 3rd, before their big quarter! Senior Joshua Cash added 6 points and 7 assists in the game and Sophomore O’Shameir Majette added 10 rebounds! Senior Jordan Morris led Paramus Catholic with 21 points and 4 steals, Junior Derrick Bueno scored 16 points with 7 rebounds and Senior Niko Ruffin added 10 points! Holton and Morris were chosen Players of the Game!

Dwight-Morrow exploded in the 2nd half, outscoring Teaneck 43-23 and rolling to a 74-48 win! Senior Andres Fulgencio led Dwight-Morrow with 28 points and 9 rebounds! JuDSC00968nior Bertin Placide added 15 points and 3 steals, while Senior Isaiah Dolphy and Sophomore Branden Moore each chipped in 10 points! Junior Xavier Washington led Teaneck with 15 points, Sophomore David Teele scored 13 points and Senior Elian Tejada added 10 points! Fulgencio and Washington were chosen Players of the Game!
