Darryl Jacobs the Paterson, NJ native was recently named Regional Director for ALWAYSLIVE Northeast USA division

The ALWAYSLIVE Platform is a cloud-based subscription service that takes recruiting exposure to the next level by combining cutting-technology with years of industry experience to connect players with college recruiters. Complete game video, statistics and player data are captured, uploaded and assigned to player profilesedge . The resulting enhanced player profiles are made searchable by and shareable with recruiters, coaches, fans, and other players across major social media platforms, enhancing player visibility. The ALWAYSLIVE Platform will provide multi-level subscription options for Players, Fans, Coaches and College Recruiters.                                                                                 

Darryl also currently works as Division I College Basketball Analyst/Commentator for such networks as ESPN3, Sports Radio America and NEC Front Row Network. He provides expert analysis for both professional and college basketball TV and radio broadcasts throughout the United States. Darryl has worked numerous Division I collegiate and professional basketball broadcasts during his career. Darryl in depth basketball insight and analysis has earned him a reputation as one of bright and best new faces in basketball broadcasting in the country. He also has worked as a freelance basketball scout for the NBA, NBA G-League and European Pro-Leagues.

Darryl has over 20 years as a successful College Basketball Coach at the DI, II and III levels. He has served on NCAA Men’s Basketball Committee, National Association of Basketball Coaches Congress and Chaired the NCAA Men’s Basketball Atlantic Regional Advisory Committee. Coach Jacobs as he is affectionally known, has received numerous Coach of the Year honors while leading his programs to numerous conference championships and NCAA and tournaments appearances. He has coached a plethora of players who went on to play in the NBA, NBA G-League and abroad.

“I am very excited about our unique platform at ALWAYSLIVE. Currently we have over 70 ALWAYSLIVE events scheduled starting this Spring and growing! By summer end, we will have over 150 AAU tournaments and showcases for boys and girls throughtout the US. All participants in an ALWAYSLIVE events between the ages 14-17 will have a free player profile and full game footage. Footage will be made available online in our event store 24 hours after the conclusion of the event. The lower age groups games will also be filmed and made available to viewed after each event. This gives all the participants footage that College, HS, AAU coaches, parents and fans can view anytime and from anywhere. Coaches come join us and experience the uniqueness of an ALWAYSLIVE event coming near you starting Spring 2018”.
